Enabling CORS access to SES

The SES CORS configuration is stored in “<SES Installation Directory>/solr/server/ses-webapp/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml”.

The settings that some out of the box should suffice, but if they need changing, change them here, then restart the SES service.
