Requires:
- A tenant administrator.
Accessed:
- By clicking Invite User on the Users page.
- By clicking Create Service Account on the Users page.
- By clicking the
for a user on the Users page.
Appears:
- As a collapsible right sidebar.
Contains:

Username: An email address to serve as this user's primary identifier.
- For all except Invite User sidebar: This email address must exist in a configured identity provider domain.
- Once you click Save on the Invite User sidebar or Create Service Account on the Create Service Account sidebar, you cannot change Username!

Contact Email Address: An optional email address to be used for notification. This email address can be in a domain other than the one configured for the tenancy. If not provided, then notifications are sent to the Username email address. For service accounts whose Username email address is not a person, best practice is to enter the email address of the developer requesting this account.

Display Name: A meaningful name to associate with this account.

First Name: The first name of the account holder.

Last Name: The last name of the account holder.

User Active: (Edit User or Edit Service Account sidebars only): Click the switch to enable or disable this account. Affects whether
appears in the Enabled column on the Users page in this account's row. -
New API Key Expiry Duration (in minutes) (Create Service Account sidebar only): Number of minutes that you want this service account's API to last. The default duration for your tenancy is listed in the field. Creating a service account automatically generates its API Key, which you can copy and send to the developer requesting this account.

Roles: An editable Role Group used to assign roles to the current user.
