The OpenEdge Management Library provides access to existing log file rule sets.

To access existing log file rule sets:

  1. Select Library > View > Rule Sets in the OpenEdge Management console menu. The Library.Rule Sets page appears.

    The following predefined categories display:

    • AppServer
    • Database
    • LogFile
    • MSS DataServer
    • NameServer
    • Oracle DataServer
    • PAS for OpenEdge
    • SonicMQ Adapter
    • WebSpeed
    • Web Services Adapter
    • OE Web Server
  2. Click LogFile to display a list of all available log file rule sets.
  3. To display details about a specific rule set, click the individual rule set name in the list frame. You can also edit the rule set.
