The Forgot Password option displays on the sign-on dialog only if the following are true:
  • Your organization allows users to reset their passwords.
  • You have previously provided alternate methods of identification for this account (for example, security question answers).
Nota: If the Forgot Password link does not display on the sign-on dialog box, you will need to contact your org administrator or user that originally shared folder, file, or package access. You will need to ask them to reset your password or renew your access.
