APM is installed as a plugin for Flowmon using the Flowmon Configuration Center. The installation procedure is as follows:

  1. Open the Flowmon Configuration Center.
  2. Log in as admin.
  3. Ensure that the appliance is correctly licensed for Flowmon APM. If it is not, install the appropriate license file in the License section.
  4. Click Versions in the left menu.
  5. Click IMPORT PACKAGE.
  6. Select the file with the Flowmon APM package.
  7. Installation of Flowmon APM will start.

After installation, we recommend setting a disk quota for APM (menu item Quotas Manager in the Configuration Center). You can also create an APM role and assign it to users to permit them to enter the APM user interface (menu item System / User settings in the Configuration Center).
