Connection Manager implements QoS (Quality of Service) to rate limit traffic for Dell ObjectScale therefore providing granular control of resource allocation. This feature will protect the ObjectScale solution against rogue applications that generate excessive requests and provide fair and balanced allocation of services across multiple workloads.

QoS configurations can be applied in several different ways on Connection Manager to deliver the necessary protection and provide optimal performance for the storage solution. The QoS options are provided below.
