Using the pasman.[sh|bat] delete command
removes the directory tree and all of the files in an instance. You cannot recover any
files or directories removed by the delete action. Backup anything you want to save
before executing this action. Alias tracking is disabled for servers that are
removed.
To delete a PAS for OpenEdge instance using PASMAN, perform the following steps:
- Run the proenv utility.
- Stop the target instance if it is running.
- Issue the
pasman.[sh|bat] deletecommand along with the specified filepath and instance name as shown in the following example:pasman.[bat|sh] delete instance-path/instance-name
