When index corruptions were detected, for example,  issues caused by 32/64 bit boundary issues(but not limited to), index manager gives out ambiguous messages.
The fix for this bug will add extra safety net to the index manager so that it can catch issues at earlier stages. It also will give out more accurate information about the corrupted index.

An ABL client generates error 11762 “Failure initializing SOAP Call” when invoking a SOAP Web Service operation when the WSDL file does not include the "soap:operation" element.
