7.2.60 is a Generally Available (GA) gateway release for the LoadMaster software. This means:
  • You can upgrade from 7.2.60 to future LoadMaster versions
  • You can upgrade from 7.2.54.7 (Long Term Support Feature (LTSF) release) or higher LTSF versions to 7.2.60
  • To upgrade from any other LoadMaster versions (older than 7.2.60 GA or 7.2.54.7 LTSF) to a version above 7.2.60, you must first upgrade to 7.2.60

When downgrading, 7.2.61.1 is a gateway release. That means, if you want to downgrade from a version above 7.2.61.1 to a version below 7.2.61.1, you should downgrade to 7.2.61.1 first. You can download the 7.2.61.1 firmware patch here: 7.2.61.1 patch. From 7.2.61.1, you can downgrade to an earlier version such as 7.2.54.x.

Note: If you downgrade the LoadMaster from version 7.2.62 (or above) to any release version earlier than 7.2.61.1, an error message appears that says "Invalid software update".
