Update using the Online Licensing Method

To update the license using the online licensing method, follow these steps:

1. In the main menu of the LoadMaster WUI, go to System Configuration > System Administration > License Management.
2. Enter the Progress ID (formerly Kemp ID).
3. Enter the Password for the Kemp account.
4. Click Update License/Owner. An Update License screen appears. Click Continue to update the license.
   Note: Once the license is updated, a pop-up appears that says: “An updated license has been applied. A system reboot is recommended to ensure all features are licensed appropriately”. Click Ok to continue. You can check the updated license information under System Configuration > System Administration > License Management.
5. We recommend rebooting to activate the updated license.
