Note: Offline licensing is not available for Free or Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) LoadMasters.
Note: Before licensing the LoadMaster, a Progress ID (formerly Kemp ID) is required. If one does not already exist, follow the steps in the Register for a Progress ID section to get one.

If you can access the LoadMaster User Interface (UI) but the LoadMaster does not have access to the internet, you can license using the offline method. You can license using the offline method in the following ways:

  • Through clicking the link in the LoadMaster
  • Through accessing the Offline Licensing page directly
