Capturing essential debugging information before raising an issue ensures faster resolution and
reduces back-and-forth during troubleshooting. Confirm the following items are collected
and validated before filing an issue:
- A structured log sample window has been captured.
- A matching
auditevent is present in the logs. - Response guard actions have been confirmed or ruled out.
- Per-logger overrides have been listed.
- Enrichment annotation lines have been captured if the issue is context-related.
