To remove profiles and associated resources:
  • Run ./mcpgen terminate for a full wipe, which removes profiles, Docker configurations, running containers. However, this does not uninstall the MCP Server.
  • Run ./mcpgen remove for deleting individual profiles.
  • Run ./mcpgen prune for safe cleanup of stopped profiles.
