Feature enhancements

OIDC authentication for S3 (AWS)

Added support for S3 authentication using OpenID Connect (OIDC), including a dedicated OIDC service, token exchange endpoints, and a new S3 OIDC authentication method with role-based access support. This can be configured through the existing S3 (AWS) authentication method.

For more information, see S3 (AWS) authentication method.

REST API support for reports

REST API endpoints have been added to support API access for Task Run, File Activity, and Audit Log reports.

For more information, see API endpoints.

Clone endpoints

Endpoints can now be cloned, creating a new endpoint that carries over the configuration and authentication settings from an existing endpoint. This is available in the endpoint library grid by clicking on ... and selecting Clone.

For more information, see Endpoints.

Password support for SSH private keys

A password can now be set when using an SSH Private Key with SFTP authentication.

For more information, see SFTP authentication method.

Support for multiple agents on a single machine

Automate MFT supports running multiple agents concurrently on the same machine. Each agent can be configured as a separate Windows service or command-line process with a unique service name.

For more information, see Run multiple agents on the same machine.

Reuse audit report filter criteria

Audit reporting now supports reusing filter criteria from previously generated reports. When creating a new report, users can select an existing report to automatically populate the filter fields and modify them as needed.

For more information, see Reuse filter criteria.

Improved file activity search interface

The File Activity search control has been updated to improve clarity and usability. The placeholder text now displays Filter by..., and a tooltip indicates which fields are included in the search.

For more information, see File Activity.

Improved roles management interface

The Roles screen has been updated to improve consistency and usability. System-defined roles are now displayed at the top of the list, with custom roles listed below.
