After you annotate your source, build your native
invocation (.esboe) and r-code files. You must connect the
sports2000 database to your project before proceeding. To learn how
to connect to a database, see Connect a database.
To build the .esboe and r-code files:
From the Project Explorer tab,
select the procedure file. Right-click and select Progress OpenEdge > Generate Sonic ESB Invocation Files.
OpenEdge compiles your source, saves it to r-code, and generates the
native invocation file. Success is indicated by the following output in the Console
window:
>GetCustName (C:\Users\name\Progress\Developer Studio 12.2\workspace\Rest_Prj\GetCustName.esboe)
>GetCustName.p (C:\Users\name\Progress\Developer Studio 12.2\workspace\Rest_Prj\GetCustName.r)
