Separate MarkLogic converters

The MarkLogic Converters package contains filters that are separate from the MarkLogic Server package. For EC2, the MarkLogic Converter package is located in your default user home directory. There is a README.txt file in the package describing what the package is for, pointing to the MarkLogic Server documentation for more information.
