To access these settings: In the left panel, click SETTINGS. On the Settings page, locate the Appearance section, Notification Row. Click an item.

Return Address |
The email address listed as the sender of the notification message. To be notified of undeliverable notifications, set this field to a valid email address that can receive delivery failure messages. |

Items Displayed |
Controls what information is sent over clear text email, such as name, file size, tracking ID, etc. For more information, seeItems Displayed. Your selections pertain to all email notifications unless a Custom format is used. See Format, below. |

Signature |
Configures the signature string that appears at the end of
notifications from this organization. Instances of

Format |
Default email notification format that is applied to new users: HTML or Text. Default is HTML. When you change this setting, you can apply it to new users, or to everyone in the organization. HTML-formatted notifications contain stylesheet references and inline images, taken from the settings of the organization that originated them (color schemes, icons, fonts), and are maintained in emails received by end users. Note: Some email servers interpret inline images as spam,
and block emails that contain them. Use the Text format in these
cases.

Creates a custom notification that you can assign to an entire organization, a multi-organization system, or to specific user groups within an organization. For more information, seeCustom notifications. |
