- FileAdmins and Administrators can delegate sharing permissions and share directly.
- Regular users can share folders (Secure Folder Sharing) that they own or were
granted Share
for, but they cannot delegate the power of
folder sharing to another user.
Check if You Can Enable Another User to Share Folders
To see if the user you signed-on to MOVEit Transfer with can delegate sharing permissions to other users, from
folder view, click the Permissions and Settings button, and look for the
Share
attribute.
