You can apply or edit permissions to control access to resources for non-administrative users.

Users can be affiliated with more than one group. If a user belongs to multiple groups, their permissions are a union of the groups with the highest permission level being used.

Permissions that allow users to create or modify objects, such as Add/Edit/Delete, also implicitly allow those users to run those objects. This ensures that users who are responsible for maintaining workflows or tasks can validate and execute their changes without requiring separate Run permissions.

To apply or edit user group permissions:

  1. Click the Resource Group more options icon and select Edit Permissions .
  2. Select or clear the check boxes associated with the resource permissions, as required.
  3. To save your changes, click Save .
