SHA256 SAML Authentication Signatures

MarkLogic 11.2 adds a configuration option to use SHA256 for signing SAML authentication requests. In versions prior to MarkLogic 11.2, this could only be done via a trace event. When upgrading from a system that is using the trace event to enable SHA256 signatures, update the SAML external security configuration to use SHA256 once the upgrade has been completed.
