Azure blocks pings in some cases. Therefore, on older LoadMaster firmware you may see an error message like "Attempt to retrieve Licensing Types Failed: Error occurred. Please try again later." and the Connection to Default Gateway step may fail. This is a red herring and can be ignored - there is likely another problem such as an incorrect Progress ID (formerly Kemp ID)/password. If you are running the latest version of LoadMaster firmware, this check should be skipped.
