Feature enhancements

Grid layout preferences

Users can now personalize grid layouts across Automate MFT. Column widths, visibility, and ordering are saved per user and applied automatically across supported pages, reports, dialogs, and embedded grids. A new Reset to Default Layout option allows users to restore default grid configurations on a per-view basis.

Audit log filtering

Audit log reporting now supports advanced filtering to help administrators and compliance teams generate more targeted reports. Filters include:
  • Actor
  • Event type
  • Resource type
  • Outcome
  • Source IP address
  • Relative and custom date ranges

Task Run report enhancements

The Task Run report now supports:
  • Full-text task name search, including wildcard support
  • Filtering by task name, status, starter, starter type, and time period
  • Predefined and custom date and time ranges

File Activity report enhancements

The File Activity report now supports:
  • Full-text search across task names, file names, and paths
  • Filtering by task name, status, and time period
  • Predefined and custom date and time ranges

Deterministic Agent registration

Agent registration has been redesigned to use deterministic geography selection based on registration key prefixes. Agents now connect directly to their target environment without cross-region fallback attempts, improving reliability, compliance, and scalability.

Improved Agent Pool load distribution

Task assignment across Agent Pools has been enhanced. When multiple agents have the same workload, the system now randomly selects among eligible agents, resulting in more balanced task distribution and improved resource utilization.
