Restart the Semaphore component services

After completing the upgrade process, the Semaphore services stopped prior to the upgrade should be restarted. You can restart them using the following commands:
For the Classification Server:
systemctl start semaphore-cs
For the Sematic Enhancement Server:
systemctl start semaphore-ses
For all Semaphore services:
systemctl start semaphore
