The Kubernetes API defines an 'Ingress Controller' object which allows DevOps Teams to publish their Services to external systems and users.

Ingress Mode allows DevOps Teams to define a new class of Ingress Controller using the Connection Manager which automatically detects and matches the configuration as defined in Kubernetes.

The Connection Manager detects when Services Endpoints (that is, Kubernetes Pods) are added or removed and ensures the Connection Manager SubVS Real Servers are updated accordingly.
