The Progress Data Cloud API key is required to configure the Progress OpenEdge MCP connector for ABL.

To obtain the API key, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to Progress Data Cloud.
  2. Check that the MCP connector service appears on the Progress Data Cloud Services page by clicking Settings > Services.

    If the service does not appear in your account, contact Progress Administrator to enable the service.

  3. Click the Profile icon > <your Email ID>. The Account Settings page appears.
  4. Click Manage your API key. The Manage your API key dialog appears.
  5. To generate the API key, click Generate and refresh the Account Settings page. The API key is generated successfully.
