To trust the Progress Software code-signing certificate:
  1. Right-click the MOVEit Automation installer and select Properties.
  2. Open the Digital Signatures tab.
  3. Select the Progress Software signature and click Details.
  4. Click View Certificate.
  5. Verify that Windows reports the certificate as valid.
  6. Click Install Certificate.
  7. Select Local Machine and click Next.
  8. Select Place all certificates in the following store and click Browse.
  9. Select Trusted Publishers and click OK.
  10. Click Next, then Finish.
  11. After the certificate is installed, launch the MOVEit Automation installer.
Note: Progress Software may periodically renew or replace its code-signing certificate. If a newer installer is signed with a different certificate, this procedure may need to be repeated.
