Deploy the LoadMaster from an Image Using Prism Central

When the image is uploaded, you can deploy a new LoadMaster from Prism Central.
- In the top navigation, click Infrastructure.
- In the left-hand navigation,
click VMs.
- Click Create
VM.
- Enter the following under Configuration:
- Name – A unique name for the LoadMaster.
- Description (Optional) – A brief description of the LoadMaster.
- Project – The project in which the LoadMaster is being deployed.
- Number of VMs – The number of LoadMasters to deploy.
- CPUs – The number of CPUs to allocate to the LoadMaster.
- Cores Per CPU – The number of cores per CPU to allocate to the LoadMaster.
- Memory – The size of memory to allocate to the LoadMaster.
Note: You may require more resources based on the workload (or workloads) being published through the LoadMaster. - Click Next.

- Click Attach Disk.

- Enter the following in the Attach Disk
screen:
- Type – Disk
- Operation – Clone from image
- Image – The name of the uploaded image
- Bus Type – IDE
- Click Save.

- Click Attach to Subnet.

- Select the Subnet and choose Access as the Attachment Type.
Click Save.

- Select the Legacy BIOS Mode for the Boot Configuration.
- Click Next.

- Enter all relevant information, including the Categories and the correct Timezone.
- Click Next.

- Review the settings and click Create VM.
