One final note about value ranges: they might overlap. In
other words, condition cells can contain the two ranges 0..10 and 5..15. It is important to understand
that when overlapping ranges exists in rules, the rules containing the overlap are
frequently ambiguous, and more than one rule may fire for a given set of input Ruletest
data.
