COR-6826 When using Populate Vocabulary to create a vocabulary from a datasource, selecting the checkbox in the wizard to create vocabulary domains for the catalog and schema will lead to duplicate entries in the vocabulary if run a second time on the same datasource. These duplicate entries will need to be manually deleted.
