Starting with OpenEdge 13.0, the Progress OpenEdge JMS Adapter comes bundled with the OpenEdge installation package. A standalone installer is no longer available.
Because the JMS Adapter is now part of the OpenEdge installation package, you must install it
using the standard OpenEdge installation method. Refer to the appropriate installation
method based on your requirements:
