Add procedures to the test window

This section wraps up by having you write a couple of new procedures for the test window you built in Use Basic ABL Constructs. These procedures do various calculations involving blocks of code that illustrate the principles of block structure and scoping you learned. The procedures pass calculated values back to the window for display.
