Sets the value of an X-noderef node to the contents of a LONGCHAR.

Syntax

LONGCHAR-TO-NODE-VALUE ( longchar )
longchar
An expression of type LONGCHAR.

LONGCHAR-TO-NODE-VALUE( ) raises an error if any of the following occurs:

  • The node is read only.
  • The node contains invalid XML characters.
  • The data in longchar is not null-terminated.
  • longchar is not set to the exact size of the valid data.
