Logical fact strategies

A logical fact strategy is used when a fact is returned based on the firing of another real fact. There is no direct evidence for the logical fact in the content. Instead, the logical fact is inferred from logical associations asserted in the model.

Key Questions

  1. What is the logical fact returning?
Is the fact locatable using a zone? That is, is it a phrase range, defined by either a zoner (such as a date or a person), a text pattern, or a matching label (including stemming, casing, etc.)?
  2. How is the logical fact triggered?
Are there several instances of such zones in the content? There may be zones that are not considered facts.

Decision Tree

This section should include a decision tree diagram or step-by-step logic for determining when and how to use logical fact strategies.
