The End User License Agreement (EULA) functionality allows Tenant Administrators or Co-Administrators to accept the license agreement electronically. It also allows all users to see the current agreement and audit history. This functionality is enabled for all new customers that do not have a signed license agreement. Existing customers can request a transition from a signed license agreement to EULA by contacting customer support.

If EULA is enabled for your tenant, the system checks whether the latest version of the EULA has been accepted when you sign in. The next step depends on whether you are a regular user or a Tenant Administrator or Co-Administrator.

Sign-in behavior

Regular user

  • If the EULA has been accepted, the PDC interface appears.
  • If the EULA has not been accepted, a message appears. You must wait until a Tenant Administrator or Co-Administrator accepts the EULA before signing in.

Tenant Administrator or Co-Administrator

  • If the EULA has been accepted, the PDC interface appears.
  • If the EULA has not been accepted, the EULA acceptance page appears. You must scroll to the bottom and accept the agreement. If you decline the agreement, you must specify the reason for declining. You are then logged out.

API

API access is never restricted regardless of EULA status.
