The Forgot Password option displays on the sign-on dialog if:
  • Your organization allows users to reset their passwords.
  • You have provided alternate methods of identification (for example, security question answers).
Remarque : If the Forgot Password link does not display on the sign-on dialog box, you will need to contact your org administrator or user that originally shared folder, file, or package access. You will need to ask them to reset your password or renew your access.
  1. At the bottom of the sign-on page, click Register and Send Files.

    The Register and Send Files page displays.

  2. Enter the email address of the recipient to whom you are sending the package and your email address.
    Remarque : Depending on a specific security policy set by your site's MOVEit Administrator, this page might contain a Captcha box that requires you to type the displayed text. Captcha boxes verify you are a person (not an automated process).
  3. Enter the requested information and click Register and Send Files.

    One of the following actions occurs:

    • You are signed on immediately. Or,
    • You receive a message that an email is being sent to you with information about completing the registration. Follow the instructions in the email.
