Purpose

Specifies whether the connection has read-only access to the Oracle Service Cloud data source.

Valid Values

true | false

Behavior

If set to true, the connection has read-only access.

If set to false, the connection is opened for read/write access, and you can use all commands supported by the product.

Notes

The driver will connect to the report database with read-only access and to the operational database with read/write access. You can use the JDBC connection method setReadOnly to set a read-only state for a connection.
