New 12.2.15 installations place esapi-2.1.0.1.jar in DLC/servers/pasoe/common/lib, instead of the expected esapi-2.4.0.0.jar. 12.2.15 Update installations lay down the correct esapi-2.4.0.0.jar. In 12.2.16, New and Update installations remove both esapi jars as the product is no longer dependent on the jar.
