Get active threads from Tomcat thread pool

When to use:

Gets information about the active threads for a given Tomcat thread pool

Query:
# Tokens: APP_NAME, AGENT_ID, AGENT_PID, SESSION_ID
# Get active threads from Tomcat thread Pool
