Use Wide Character Convert (-widecharconv) to modify the behavior of the OS-GETENV function on Windows when there are extended characters in environment variables that need to be accessed by an ABL application. The characters are converted from Windows wide character format to the encoding specified by the -cpinternal setting of the ABL session.
