If you are using OESECTOOL as the test authorization server with HTTPS, set CATALINA_OPTS in this terminal session before you restart the instance.

Important: If you open a new session after setting CATALINA_OPTS, the instance will not trust the OESECTOOL certificate.
Restart the server to use the property changes.
  1. Run the Proenv utility.
  2. Run the pasman.[bat|sh] oeserver command: 
    pasman.[bat|sh] oeserver -I oepas1 -restart
