Remote configuration requires that you have:
- On the local host—One OpenEdge installation that includes OpenEdge Management

On the remote host—An installation of one OpenEdge product
On the remote host with the OpenEdge installation, OpenEdge Management cannot be enabled. If OpenEdge Management is enabled, you must disable it in the OpenEdge product by running a script known as unglue.
