Follow these steps to shut down a multi-user database using OpenEdge Explorer:
Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Click Resources > Go to Resources. The Resources page opens. |
| 2 | Click the name of the database that you want to shut down. |
| 3 | Click Stop Database and then click OK. The database is stopped. The State values of the database and background processes change to Not Running. Note: You may have to refresh the page if the status does not
change.
