Use Prompt for Passphrase (-Passphrase) to
open an encryption-enabled database that is configured for manual start, or to override the
autostart passphrase configuration.
Database utilities and servers indicate that they require a prompt for key
store authentication by adding Prompt for Passphrase (-Passphrase) to the command line. Prompt for Passphrase prompts for the
passphrase. If you cannot successfully authenticate the key store, you will not be able to
open to the database.
