Labels are not preserved when an OpenEdge Command Center 2.1 server is connected to an OpenEdge Command Center 2.0 agent after the server has been upgraded to version 2.1.

Workaround

You can use either of the following workarounds:
  • Option 1: Stop all version 2.0 agents before upgrading the OpenEdge Command Center server. After upgrading the server to version 2.1, upgrade all the agents to version 2.1 and start them.
  • Option 2: Upgrade all OpenEdge Command Center agents to version 2.1 before upgrading the OpenEdge Command Center server.
