STS client key management logging

To verify that the OpenEdge Authentication Gateway STS client key management application is operational:

1. Use the stskeyutil -keydist utility from the OpenEdge Authentication Gateway client’s OpenEdge installation.
2. Check the OpenEdge Authentication Gateway’s access log (for example, oeauthserver/logs/hostname.access.{date}.log) for a successful HTTPS GET status of 200.
