The RCODE-INFO system handle has a read-only attribute named UNDO-THROW-SCOPE of type CHARACTER. It has the following possible values:

• "ROUTINE-LEVEL"
• "BLOCK-LEVEL"
• "" (empty string), if neither directive is used
