Upgrading to the latest version of MOVEit Automation ensures that you have access to the latest features, fixes, security updates, and usability improvements.

Upgrade Paths

MOVEit Automation 2024.1 supports direct upgrade (upgrade by way of running the MOVEit Automation installer) for existing MOVEit Automation 2022 (14.0) and newer.

Use the Upgrade Path table below to determine the most efficient upgrade path from your current version to MOVEit Automation 2024.1.

MOVEit Automation 2022 (14.0) or newer
  1. Use the latest installer to upgrade to 2024.1 as described in the MOVEit Automation Upgrade Guide .

MOVEit Automation 2021.1 (13.1) or earlier
  1. Upgrade to a supported version, such as 2022 (14.0) using the 2022 installer in upgrade mode.
  2. Use the latest installer to upgrade to 2024.1 as described in the MOVEit Automation Upgrade Guide.
Note: If your product version is close to or past its sunset or retirement milestones, upgrade to the latest version of MOVEit Automation. For more information, see the Product Lifecycle page.
