Elastic Load Balancer Support in XCC

The XCC client libraries in MarkLogic 11.2 now support distributed load balancers that can dynamically change IPs and the number of instances (such as AWS Elastic Load Balancers). When communicating to MarkLogic via an ELB, XCC will now recognize if the ELB has changed/added IP addresses and will properly handle the connection to the new IPs.
