To create an application in Duo, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Duo and go to Dashboard > Applications > Protect an Application and search for radius.

  2. Set the app Name and Users that can access the app.

  3. Copy the values for:
    • Integration key
    • Secret key
    • API hostname
