Deploy the LoadMaster

We recommend using Virtual Machine Manager to deploy the LoadMaster. The steps below were documented using Virtual Machine Manager:
- Click the Create a new virtual machine button.
- Enter a Name for the Virtual Machine.Note: The name cannot contain any spaces.
- Select Import existing disk image.
- Click Forward.
- Click Browse.
- Browse to and select the disk file.
- Select Linux as the OS type.
- In the Version drop-down list, scroll to the bottom and click Show all OS options.
- Click the Version drop-down list again. Scroll to the bottom and select Generic 2.6.25 or later with virtio.
- Click Forward.
- Enter a minimum of 2048 MB in the Memory text box.
- Enter a minimum of 2 in the CPUs text box.
- Click Forward.
- Tick the Customize configuration before install check box.
- Expand the Advanced options section.
- Make any amendments to this section, as needed.
- Click Finish.
- Click the Disk option on the left.
- Expand the Advanced Options section.
- Select IDE as the Disk bus.
- Click the NIC option on the left.
- Click Yes to apply the changes.
- Select virtio as the Device model.
- Change any other settings as needed.
- Click Apply.
- Click Begin Installation.
